Trailer Dog stands behind its product and all of its products are under warranty for one year from date of installation. Please see Warranty Card included with your Security System for all details.
Limited Warranty
1. Warranty Coverage
Any failure due to defects in materials or workmanship occurring during the applicable warranty period, subject to the exclusions and limitations below.
2. Warranty Period
The following respective warranty periods apply to
Trailer Dog, LLC. products:
One year from date of original purchase
One month from date of original purchase when used for rental purposes.

5. Warranty Exclusions, Limitations and Rights
The following are not covered by this warranty:
Parts or components not supplied by the warrantor,
or parts or components that have been modified.
Any failure that results from accident, abuse, neglect, damages caused by improper voltage for electric products, or failure to operate the product in accordance with instructions provided in the owner's manual supplied with the product.
Items or service required for the normal and regular maintenance of the product, i.e. debris removal from solar panel.
Repairs made necessary by dirt, abrasives, moisture, rust, corrosion, or other similar conditions.
Batteries and solar panels.
All installation labor costs for replacing batteries or solar panels.
The warrantor will not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages. There are no express warranties other than those set forth herein.
Any warranty implied by state law (whether of merchantability or fitness for a particular use or otherwise) shall be effective for any applicable warranty period listed above. Some states do not allow exclusions or incidental or consequential
damages and/or limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts. So the above exclusion and limitations may not apply to you.
6. Duties of the Consumer
Use reasonable care in the maintenance, operation, of the product as explained in the owner's manual.
Should any failure covered by this warranty occur, the Consumer must deliver or ship the product to any authorized Trailer Dog, LLC. Dealer and provide proof of purchase date. Freight costs and transportation charges, if any, will be borne by the Consumer.
7. Duties of the Warrantor
Any defective product or component covered by this will be supplied at no cost to the Consumer.
Product failures covered by this warranty will be scheduled and repaired according to the normal work flow of the authorized Trailer Dog, LLC. dealer to whom the product is delivered for service depending upon the availability of replacement parts.
If the Consumer does not receive satisfactory results from the Authorized Trailer Dog, LLC. dealer, the Consumer may contact Trailer Dog, LLC. Customer Service Department, at the
address set forth above.
