 Answer
To program additional remotes remove the front cover of the unit, find and hold down the red programming button on the circuit board until 3 quick chirps are heard then release, press the lock or arm button on the remotes that you wish to program. Once this is completed wait 3 minutes for the unit to exit programming mode.

Is the vibration sensor adjustable?

 Answer
Yes, the sensor is set to the most sensitive setting before the unit is shipped, if additional sensitivity is needed you can purchase a tilt sensor from Trailer Dog LLC. this will add to the sensitivity of the unit, by sounding the alarm if the trailer’s tongue is lifted up or down.

 Question

3 days, if there is going to be additional days the unit does not receive solar power you will need to plug in a 12v battery charger to the unit to keep the battery from going dead.

 Answer
Unhook battery from unit, check battery’s voltage with a multi meter (not included) battery’s voltage must be 12volts or higher, if it is not charge battery with a 12 volt trickle charger or replace battery. You may also want to check the battery in the key chain remotes, make sure when you press the lock/unlock keys the blue light is lit on the remotes.

 Question
Does the solar panel need direct sunlight?

 Answer
Yes, parking your trailer under a tree, not keeping the solar panel clean/clear of debris (i.e. leaves, snow, thick dust) will greatly diminish the solar panel’s ability to keep the battery fully charged.
